Fill in your name and email address and give some dates and times that are suitable for you to have your consultation.
We shall email you to book a time and date to have your Distance Naturopathic Consultation.
HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR DISTANCE CONSULTATION
You can pay for your consultation by Paypal, Credit Card, or direct banking, before the consultation. You can do this by clicking here or contact us to arrange payment. You will need to pay separately for any nutrients prescribed during your consultation. These can be sent to you by post.
WHAT INFORMATION YOU NEED FOR YOUR DISTANCE CONSULTATION
A list of all medications you may be taking.
A list of all the nutrients you are taking. Include the name and brand name.
A list of nutrients you may have at home, but not taking at the moment. Check the use by dates.
Email any medical blood test reports you may have before the consultation. It is not totally necessary to have blood test results. I can advise you what tests to have if I think you do need them.
